A personalized one-on-one session that guides you in using yoga to support your grief or healing journey, fostering mind-body awareness and emotional resilience.
What to expect:
-You'll want to find an area in your home where you can be on video and alone during our session.
-I will provide you with a suggested yoga sequence for working with your desired goal.
-During yoga poses, I will encourage you to explore physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts.
Please bring:
-Yoga Mat
-Yoga block or other props if you have any (a pillow can work in lieu of yoga block)
-Journal and pen
