Rest as Medicine: Reclaiming the Nervous System (Zoom)

In today’s world, slowing down can feel impossible. We push ourselves to do more, achieve more, and prove our worth through productivity—often at the expense of our well-being. Yet true healing, creativity, and clarity arise not from pushing harder but from allowing ourselves to rest.

This workshop is an invitation to step away from the noise and reclaim rest as a sacred, life-giving practice. Together, we will explore how rest supports the nervous system, why so many of us resist it, and how to begin welcoming rest back into daily life.

Through a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, you will experience deep nervous system restoration and a felt sense of spaciousness in body and mind. Following the practice, you’ll be guided through journaling and reflection to create a personalized 30-day self-care plan—a simple, nourishing rhythm you can carry forward after the workshop ends.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of why rest is essential for healing and balance
  • A powerful 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice you can return to again and again
  • A customized 30-day self-care plan designed to meet you where you are
  • Tools to help you sustain rest as medicine for your body, mind, and soul

No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. All are welcome.

Vision Rising: Clarity & Soul-Led Direction (Zoom)

When we pause long enough to listen beneath the noise, a deeper wisdom begins to rise. So often we search for direction by forcing plans, chasing goals, or striving to “figure it all out.” But true clarity comes not from pushing harder, but from resting into the quiet guidance of the soul.

In this restorative workshop, you’ll be invited to soften into stillness, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and vision from a place of rest and trust. Together, we’ll explore the spiral path from rest → clarity → vision, and how to let your future unfold in alignment with your deepest self.

Through a guided Yoga Nidra for Clarity & Inner Wisdom, you’ll enter a liminal space where the quiet voice of intuition can be heard. You’ll then reflect through journaling prompts before engaging in a creative expression practice: writing a letter to your Future Self. This simple yet profound exercise becomes a touchstone you can return to in the months ahead, offering encouragement, perspective, and soul-aligned guidance.

You’ll leave with:

  • A felt experience of clarity that arises from stillness
  • A guided Yoga Nidra practice for connecting to your inner guide
  • Journaling prompts to deepen self-reflection
  • A personal letter to your Future Self, filled with wisdom and encouragement
  • A renewed sense of trust in the unfolding of your path

No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. All are welcome.

What is yoga nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
