Individual Private Session: Yoga Nidra Dyad

Things to Prepare in Advance:

-Yoga Mat on Floor (or you can practice in bed or on couch)

-Find some alone space in your home

-Lots of pillows for behind your head, under your knees, etc. - anything to be comfortable

-Eye mask (if available)

-Journal

What is yoga nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

1 hour appointment = $90.00

This includes:

-Quick 10-min call day or two before our session to determine your intentions, desires, etc.

-Private session one-on-one

-Recording of our session so you can listen later

-Follow up email with suggested journal prompts, mindfulness activities and more.
