✨ 35-minute Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation Recording — a trauma-informed practice that invites you into deep rest and inner connection. Through breath awareness, body sensing, sanctuary visualization, and gentle imagery, you’ll be guided to meet your inner child in a safe and compassionate way.

✨ Letter to Your Inner Child Instructions — guidance on how to write a loving, supportive letter to your inner child, either immediately after your practice or as a ritual you return to over time.

This is not a movement-based yoga practice. You will simply lie down in a supported position, listen, and allow yourself to be guided. The breathwork is gentle and non-activating, and you are always encouraged to honor your own nervous system by following along or choosing stillness whenever needed.
