35-minute Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation Recording — a trauma-informed practice that invites you into deep rest and inner connection. Through breath awareness, body sensing, sanctuary visualization, and gentle imagery, you’ll be guided to meet your inner child in a safe and compassionate way.
Pre-Nidra Journaling Questions — simple prompts to open the heart and prepare your mind for meditation.
Letter to Your Inner Child Instructions — guidance on how to write a loving, supportive letter to your inner child, either immediately after your practice or as a ritual you return to over time.
Deeper Journaling Prompts (11 questions) — optional reflection questions for those who wish to continue exploring this tender work more fully.
