Join me for a gentle, structured month of daily meditation designed to help you build (or rebuild) a consistent practice.
Beginning March 1, you’ll receive 31 guided meditation recordings delivered directly to your inbox — one each day. Practices will range from 10 to 35 minutes and will gradually expand in length and depth throughout the month. Longer practices will be thoughtfully balanced with shorter integration days.
We’ll explore a variety of meditation styles, including:
• Breath awareness
• Body scans
• Loving-kindness (Metta)
• Visualization
• Yoga Nidra
• Open awareness practices
This journey is trauma-informed, accessible, and supportive of real life. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with meditating in the morning, midday, or evening to discover the rhythm that works best for you.
No experience is necessary. If you miss a day, simply return the next.
