Starting the morning after you sign up, you’ll receive 31 guided meditation recordings delivered directly to your inbox—one each day—guiding you step by step into a steady, supportive rhythm.
Practices range from 10 to 35 minutes and gradually expand in length and depth throughout the journey. Longer practices are thoughtfully balanced with shorter integration days, allowing space for rest and reflection.
We’ll explore a variety of meditation styles, including:
