This training may be a good fit for you if you:

  • Are a therapist, counselor, social worker, caregiver, or work in healing or service roles

  • Feel called to teach yoga with sensitivity, ethics, and care

  • Want to understand trauma, the nervous system, and embodiment — without becoming a clinician

  • Are on your own healing journey and want learning to honor that

  • Value mentorship, reflection, and community over hustle or performance

You do not need to be flexible, athletic, or already teaching yoga to participate.

What Makes Pathways to Peace Different

  • Trauma-informed foundation grounded in safety, choice, and empowerment

  • Integration of polyvagal theory and nervous system awareness

  • Classical Hatha Yoga taught through an embodied, non-performative lens

  • Small cohort size to support mentorship and depth

  • Hybrid format that supports real-life schedules

  • Emphasis on self-inquiry, sustainability, and ethical teaching

This is not a “push harder” training.
